In recent years, the company has actively promoted the digital upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, and invested to introduce automated production and assembly equipment. In particular, the automatic forming unit for graphene sealing parts has greatly improved production efficiency and raw material utilization rate. A modern production base with an annual output of 30 million sets of sealing parts has been established. Supported by automated production lines and a digital quality traceability system, we have achieved full-process closed-loop quality control ranging from incoming raw materials to finished product delivery.

The fuly automated production of graphene seals is realized mainly through the colaboration of equipment such as NC oscilating feeders, 3-axis traverse robotic arms, automatic double-sided oilers and automatic spinning machines, together with production mainframes including special forming punches and multi-station precision molds. Materials are automatically transferred between processes, signi cantly improving the utilization rate of graphene base materials.
Compared with traditional processes, the production e ciency is increased by 120%. The graphene seals are entirely formed by automated production lines, abandoning the traditional manual single-punch mode, and the utilization rate of graphene base materials is increased by 15%.
